Sharing and retention

We do not sell business data. Information may be shared only with service providers needed to operate Onbeex, where required by law, or where requested by the account owner. Records are retained for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet security or legal obligations.

Security responsibilities

Onbeex provides access controls and operational safeguards. Account owners should still assign staff roles carefully, remove inactive users, protect login credentials, and report suspicious activity quickly.
